2008 saw Gibson do the unthinkable… put some modern features on the Les Paul Standard! Though poorly received (because no one understands why they won’t just make them like its 1959 again) these features are pretty welcome. This electric guitar is light, the asymmetrical neck profile is very comfortable, the Neutrik jack is borderline useful and well, its got locking tuners, what’s not to like?
 
This particular one has been ‘Pagified’ at some point hence the truss rod cover and bridge pickup, it also had a Drop-D tuner fitted, we have switched this back and the tuner is provided. It’s honestly a really good Les Paul which you don’t often get to say of this era of Gibson manufacturing. Comes with the period correct, croc-skin hardcase.
