Oooh the ‘American Series’ is that different to the ‘American Standard’? No, no it’s just Fender being confusing between 2000 and 2008. Its everything you know and love about the American Standard but dressed up as a blackguard Tele for the evening. Just like every other US guitar Fender has made for the past 30 years, its a workhorse machine that will never let you down.
 
This one comes in very clean condition except for the trem arm which looks like the dog might have got hold of it briefly (the chap we bought it from has a lovely Spaniel, so that figures). Comes with a shotgun hardcase.
